Sales Tax Policy
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise for orders shipped to the following states: AZ, CA, DC, FL, GA, MA, NV, NY, TX, OR, VA, WA. If you have any questions about the tax rate on your invoice, please contact us.

Color Accuracy
Although the photographs on this site were carefully selected to represent colors as accurately as possible, some variation may occur due to your computer monitor configuration. If you have a question regarding the color or texture of a product featured here, or about any of our products or services, please email us at customerservice@misiafrique.com.

 

Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will immediately notify you via e-mail. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email. We do not accept back orders.

 

Shipping and Express Delivery
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours (Monday thru Friday), and UPS Ground typically takes between 1 and 7 days for delivery. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the check-out page based on the type of shipping selected. Shipping charges are calculated directly from the shipping source via the internet.

 

Tracking Your Order

You may track your order directly with UPS. You will receive an email with your order tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment via My Account on www.misiafrique.com.

 

Returns & Exchanges

CUSTOM ORDERS & LACE FABRICS
No returns are accepted for custom orders and lace fabrics. 

IN STOCK ORDERS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (ready to wear), please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. (Return must be postmarked within 7 business days of receipt and provide tracking information to insure delivery). Item must not be worn, washed, stained, damaged, nor altered.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

SHIPPING REFUNDS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS
CLEARANCE SALE items are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged.
